Then in Fall 2020 we pulled the trigger on plans to sell. They spent so much time reviewing their process with us, then arranging so that all the prep and listing would be done while we left town. Trying to sell a home during a pandemic with 2 small messy kids and 2 dogs sounded like a nightmare. So they project managed everything for us while we were out of state for a month, at no extra cost. Their admin, Catherine, has impeccable communication and kept everyone on track. Their stager/designer Kari, breathed new life into our home with paint choices and spot on vintage decor and greenery. Always with Deirdre and Terry's oversight and guidance when needed. We collaborated when necessary, but felt confident handing over decisions when able, always so happy with the outcomes.

The prep of the house plus their well vetted process of pre-inspections, marketing, showing and offer timelines, made it a smooth journey that ended better than we ever imagined. Multiple offers well over asking, and a final transaction that was clean, quick, and can now propel us into whatever home adventure might be next.
